Flexible cancellation and refund policy

You can easily and quickly cancel your car rental booking by contacting us. Remember to include your reservation number which you can find in the confirmation e-mail (reservation number starts with an LP).

Our cancellation and refund policy is the following:

• For cancellations made before the pickup time, we refund 100% of the paid amount.

If you have any questions regarding the above, do not hesitate to contact us.

Early returns

Our early return and refund policy is the following:

• For modifications we refund 100% of the unused days.

Extensions

Extensions depend on availability at each given time. For an available vehicle, extra charges are applied according to the extension and the rental price. No extra fee is charged for the modification.

Please note that if the rental is paid through a 3rd party but not extended through that 3rd party then Saga Car Rental Iceland rates apply.

Extensions are not considered accepted until the renter has both signed a new rental contract which is done electronically and paid for the extension.

Please note:

• It can take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you do not see the amount on your credit card statement at that time we suggest you contact your credit card company.
• Prepaid credit cards are accepted if the renter purchases the Premium protection package.
